Dr. Liora Mascal Elias also known as The Enneagram Dr, is a certified Enneagram coach, educator, and communication scholar who specializes in applying the Enneagram through a liberatory, systems-informed lens. With a Ph.D. in Communication Studies and a background in gender and cultural studies, Liora brings a deep curiosity and critical edge to their teaching—balancing rigor with warmth, and insight with play.
They are a graduate of Enneagram University’s certification program & the Awareness to Action approach, a faculty member at the University of Minnesota, and a strategic facilitator for nonprofits, healing professionals, and community organizations. Liora’s work centers voices on the margins and challenges dogmatic or overly individualistic interpretations of the Enneagram.
Through workshops, consulting, and continuing education (including board-approved CEU sessions for therapists), Liora supports clients and teams in building insight, compassion, and collaboration. Their style is connective, inclusive, and grounded in the belief that the Enneagram can be a tool for both personal transformation and collective liberation.
