About My Work

My work is guided by the understanding that transformation unfolds from the inside out. Through the wisdom of the Enneagram, I support individuals and groups in healing and aligning body, mind, and spirit—bringing compassionate awareness to the patterns that shape our lives. As these patterns become conscious, space opens for greater presence, emotional balance, and a deeper connection to one’s true essence.

Since 2004, I have offered Enneagram-centered coaching, workshops, speaking, and written works designed to support this inner journey. Whether through one-to-one guidance, group learning, or symbolic tools that anchor insight in daily life, my intention is to serve healing—within the self, within relationships, and ultimately within the wider world—one person, one awakening at a time.

Individual Enneagram Coaching

My 75-minute coaching sessions include a written Enneagram reading and live guidance to clarify your core type, wing, instinctual center, and wellness map. You’ll gain insight into stress patterns and emotional drivers, learning how to move from reactivity into more centered, thriving states.

Group Workshops

Designed for small or large groups, My Enneagram workshops are tailored to each audience. You’ll learn how different personality types shape team strengths and challenges, helping uncover roadblocks and build healthier communication, cohesion, and productivity.

Rosemary Hurwitz

Rosemary Hurwitz is an Enneagram author, certified coach, and dynamic workshop presenter. Since 2002, she has helped individuals cultivate greater emotional wellness and self-awareness
through the transformative power of the Enneagram. Passionate about living an inner-directed life, Rosemary found her own path to clarity and purpose through this profound system.

A longtime advocate for deeper consciousness and personal growth, Rosemary is an accredited professional member of the International Enneagram Association (IEA) and currently serves as
Director of Communication and Recruiting for Enneagram Collaborative Global (ECG).

She is a contributing author to twelve inspirational anthologies—many of them Amazon bestsellers. Her most recent contribution, Start Up to Stand Out (June 2025), is a mentoring guide featuring stories and insights from twenty entrepreneurial women. Her upcoming anthology, The Resilient Heart, will be released in fall of 2025. Rosemary’s first solo-authored book, Who You Are Meant to Be: The Enneagram Effect, is an Amazon bestseller and is featured in many of her Enneagram workshops and coaching programs.

A proud wife, mother of four grown children, and grandmother to four, Rosemary brings warmth, wisdom, and decades of experience to all she does.
