We are coaches, therapists, educators, and leaders committed to inner work and outward impact. We use the Enneagram not just as a framework, but as a doorway — into deeper presence, fuller embodiment, and greater service in the world. We believe transformation begins in community. When practitioners collaborate—not compete—insight is amplified, integrity is strengthened, and the field itself begins to shift. Small Discussion Groups
SMEs (Subject Matter Expert) Groups
Not your typical breakout rooms—these are living circles of connection. Led by seasoned Enneagram practitioners and global experts, each session offers a space where ideas are tested, understanding deepens, and practice comes alive. Our facilitators embody what true mastery means: giving back to the community, mentoring others, and sharing hard-won wisdom freely. Together, these circles foster open dialogue, mutual learning, and the growth of the next generation of Enneagram professionals.
Feedback Circles
At ECG, growth happens in trusted community. Our Feedback Circles are small, confidential spaces where professionals refine their craft and support one another’s work. Guided by peers and seasoned practitioners, each session offers thoughtful reflection, honest feedback and encouragement grounded in care. Bring what’s real an idea to shape, a project to steady, or a case to explore and find clarity through collective wisdom and compassionate insight.

I recently joined the Enneagram Collaborative Group (ECG). As a long time student of the Enneagram and a relatively newly certified teacher of it, I have found my experience with ECG extremely rewarding. Having multiple opportunities each month to sit in small Zoom rooms with highly respected Enneagram teachers and practitioners is food for the soul. There are “essence friends” in all of these rooms and the conversations are intimate and educational.
