Maine Enneagram Center for Transformation & Well-Being

About My Work

I’m an addiction specialist and professional coach devoted to helping people—and the practitioners who guide them—live with clarity, resilience, and purpose. Through my work with the Maine Enneagram Center for Transformation & Well Being, I support individuals and organizations in cultivating self-awareness, making meaningful change, and fostering healthy, connected communities.

I’ve developed programs and coaching pathways that integrate the Enneagram, trauma-informed approaches, and practical strategies for personal and professional growth. My work begins with honest conversation, a shared commitment, and the right collaborations—creating spaces where individuals heal, practitioners sharpen their skills, and transformation becomes embodied in everyday life.
Across all aspects of my practice, my intention is the same: to make the Enneagram more than knowledge—an applied tool that strengthens relationships, enhances leadership, and supports lasting change for individuals, families, and communities. Whether coaching, teaching, or mentoring, I invite one simple return: back to what is most true, so you can live fully as you were meant to be.
What I Offer
The Alchemy of the Enneagram in Transforming Addiction
A practical guide for overcoming addiction and fostering lasting personal transformation, blending compassionate coaching with Enneagram insights. Offers tools to increase self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with clarity and resilience.
Life Transformation, Enneagram, Recovery

I offer three coaching pathways: Life Transformation Coaching supports individuals in breaking through obstacles, clarifying purpose, and creating meaningful, lasting change in both life and work. Enneagram Coaching provides a focused exploration of personality patterns, emotional habits, and core motivations, helping clients deepen self-awareness, leverage their strengths, and build more authentic, balanced relationships. Recovery Coaching draws on my decades of experience as an addiction specialist and Enneagram practitioner, offering practical tools, accountability, and insight to interrupt self-sabotaging patterns and support sustainable recovery and life transition.

Workshops
I offer a range of workshops designed to deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and support personal and professional growth. Topics include addiction recovery, life transformation, and the practical application of the Enneagram
EI Authorized Workshops
As an Authorized Enneagram Institute trainer, I teach four Enneagram Institute Authorized Workshops: The Wisdom of the Enneagram Workshop / Moving Beyond Personality; Enneagram Relationships Workshop; The Three Instincts (Subtypes) Workshop; and The Journey of Growth Workshop.
Certification Program
This intensive training explores each Enneagram type from the inside out, examining the emotional, mental, and physical patterns that influence behavior and recovery. Participants gain insight into addiction-related challenges, including relapse patterns, self-sabotage, and defenses, and learn practices that support lasting transformation for each type.
What you’ll experience when working with Michael
Experience Meets Expertise
Because recovery requires both lived experience and professional expertise
Healing at the Root
Because lasting transformation happens when we address the deeper patterns beneath addiction.
Embodied, Lasting Change
Because real change must be embodied — in heart, mind, and daily life.
