Mario Sikora and Maria Jose Munita are the co-founders of Awareness to Action International, a global consulting firm that has revolutionized the practical application of the Enneagram in business environments. Together, they have worked to further developed Mario’s original work, the groundbreaking Awareness to Action (ATA) Enneagram approach, which strips away unnecessary complexity to focus on actionable insights that drive real-world results.
Mario Sikora, CEO of Awareness to Action International and the company’s senior executive coach, brings over 25 years of experience advising leaders in large organizations across the globe. An internationally recognized speaker and author, Mario has co-authored “Awareness to Action: The Enneagram, Emotional Intelligence, and Change” and numerous other books, with his writings translated into Italian, Spanish, French, Turkish, Portuguese, Russian, Korean, Czech, and Danish. Based outside Philadelphia, he specializes in global senior-leadership development and helping high-potential leaders scale for broader assignments.
María José Munita is based in Santiago, Chile and serves as Vice President of Awareness to Action International, bringing broad experience coaching leaders with her international background as an executive in multinational companies. Since 2008, she has provided Enneagram-based training and certification programs for professional practitioners across North and South America, Europe, and the Middle East. Both Maria Jose and Mario are IEA Accredited Professional with Distinction and served as president of the International Enneagram Association (IEA).
Together, Sikora and Munita have used the Enneagram to help clients master the human side of business, working with everyone from front-line workers to CEOs in companies across five continents. They co-host “The Awareness to Action Enneagram Podcast” and have co-authored multiple books, including “Instinctual Leadership: Working with the 27 Subtypes of the Awareness to Action Enneagram.” Their innovative approach combines cognitive science, personality studies, and timeless leadership principles, making them globally recognized experts in applying the Enneagram to organizational success.
