To elevate the effectiveness of practitioners worldwide, who use the Enneagram in their work, by cultivating a trusted community that supports personal and professional development, shared insight, and meaningful collaboration.
Enneagram Collaborative Global (ECG) was born in 2021, not from a business plan, but from listening. In response to a simple outreach, Enneagram practitioners were invited to share what they needed—personally and professionally. Within hours, more than 420 practitioners responded, asking for space to gather, reflect, and be heard.
Over the next four months, ten small-group roundtables were convened. These were not strategy sessions but listening sessions—spaces where practitioners spoke candidly about their work, their challenges, their hopes, and the realities of building meaningful practices.
What emerged was unmistakable:
Practitioners wanted community. A place to show up authentically. A space rooted in relationship rather than competition—where ideas could be shared, collaboration encouraged, and the weight of professional life could be shared.
ECG took shape directly from those conversations. Created by practitioners, for practitioners, it is a living community shaped by real needs, lived experience, and a shared belief that growth is strengthened through connection.
Today, ECG is a global professional community where personal and professional development are held together—where collaboration replaces isolation, and the Enneagram is practiced with integrity, depth, and care. We didn’t set out to build an organization. We set out to create a place to belong.

Because ECG emerged from listening, its leadership remains committed to cultivating the conditions in which practitioners, ideas, and practice can develop in relationship. Our role is not to lead from above, but to hold the structures, values, and ethical containers that support a thriving community.
We believe leadership exists to support collaboration, welcome diverse voices, and remain responsive to the evolving needs of the practitioners we serve. This work is relational rather than hierarchical, rooted in integrity, humility, and shared responsibility.
Our leadership team brings lived experience as practitioners, educators, and facilitators. Together, we walk alongside the community—learning, adapting, and tending the space—so ECG remains a place where both people and practices can flourish.
