MEMBERSHIP & ACCESS

Can I upgrade my membership at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free Community to Premium, or from Premium to Professional, anytime.
Yes. Members can downgrade their membership at any time, with the new level taking effect at the next billing cycle.
Premium membership includes unlimited access to Speaker Sessions, SMEs, Feedback Circles, and archived recordings. Professional membership adds exclusive resources, advanced training opportunities, and additional member benefits.

We currently don’t offer a trial period, but our Free Community tier allows you to explore many resources before upgrading. Plus, with monthly billing, you can try Premium+ and see if it’s the right fit for you.

Memberships can be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Yes. Members can temporarily pause their membership. Contact support for details.

Membership fees are non-refundable, but you maintain access until the end of your paid period.

EVENTS & PARTICIPATION

Is there a limit to the number of sessions I can attend each month?
Members: Unlimited access to all Speaker Sessions, SMEs, and Feedback Circles. Community & Non-Members: Unlimited attendance with à la carte fees per event.
All sessions are listed on our calendar. Members can simply click on a session to register and receive their access link. Non-members can register by paying the a la carte fee to receive access.
Yes, both members and non-members must register to receive the session link and any related materials.
Guests may attend if registered separately and any applicable fees are paid.
Premium+ members can access all archived recordings—including past sessions—after the event. Community or non-members can watch recorded sessions only if purchased à la carte.

What’s included in the Free Community tier?

Even with no membership fee, Community Members can enjoy:

  • Connection to ECG’s practitioner network
  • Bi-weekly newsletter

Some sessions include handouts or slides, which are provided with your playback link.

Recordings are available for streaming only.

Premium+ members have access to all archived recordings indefinitely.

FEEDBACK CIRCLES / SME SESSIONS

Can I participate in a Feedback Circle if I’m not a paying member?
  • Premium+ members: Can request a Feedback Circle at no additional cost.
  • Community members or other practitioners: Can participate for a fee.
Groups are intentionally small, to allow meaningful feedback—usually 4–12 participants.
One-on-one sessions are available at no extra cost for Professional Members, subject to availability.

TECHNICAL / LOGISTICS

What technology do I need to participate in sessions?

You’ll need a computer or mobile device with internet access and audio/video capabilities. All sessions are conducted via Zoom.

COMMUNITY & NETWORKING

Can I connect with other members outside of sessions?
Yes. Our member portal and networking events provide opportunities to connect, collaborate, and exchange insights.
Premium+ and Professional members have access to a private member directory and discussion forum.
Yes. Networking is built into many sessions, and special networking events are announced throughout the year.

DISCOUNTS & PRICING

Are discounts available for new professionals or students?

Yes—students and first-year coaches receive a significant membership discount.

No. À la carte purchases are one-time options and cannot be applied toward membership fees.

RECORDINGS / ARCHIVES

Will I have access to past recordings once I join?
Yes! As a Premium+ member, you gain access to all archived recordings, not just sessions after joining. This includes Speaker Sessions and Keynote/BizDev segments. You can listen to a specific speaker or watch the full 90-minute session.
