A past president of the International Enneagram Association (IEA) and accredited with distinction, Mario is the author or coauthor of five books and the founder of Awareness to Action International. His work spans five continents and has shaped how organizations use the Enneagram to develop leaders, foster collaboration, and create meaningful change. Mario works with leaders and teams worldwide and is based outside Philadelphia where he lives with his wife and four sons.
Maria José Munita brings more than 15 years of global consulting experience to her work in leadership development and executive coaching. Formerly in finance, marketing, and HR, she now serves as vice president of Awareness to Action International (ATAI) and leads ATAI for the Americas.
An Accredited Professional with Distinction by the International Enneagram Association and past president of the association, she is coauthor of two books and a respected voice on organizational transformation. She lives in Santiago, Chile, where she works with leaders and teams across industries and cultures.
