Increase Client Collaboration and Clinical Outcomes

About This Group

Enneagram Empowered Psychotherapy (E²P) is a three-phase clinical modality that leverages the Enneagram of Personality for rapid, accurate client insight. When integrated with evidence-based models—such as CBT, DBT, IFS, and EMDR—E²P enhances collaboration, increases client engagement, and accelerates clinical outcomes.
This SME introduces the core concepts of E²P and demonstrates how clinicians can combine personality-informed understanding with trauma-informed, somatic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. Participants will explore E²P tools including Enneagram Empowered Points of View, the Mapping Method, and the Enneascope, designed to help clients regulate, reflect, and transform.
Led by Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor Mysti Rainwater, this group supports psychotherapists in expanding their clinical toolkit and integrating personality-based insight into everyday practice.

What You’ll Experience

Sessions center on open, participant-led dialogue focused on applying the Enneagram in clinical practice. Each month explores a relevant topic within evidence-based, client-centered therapy, with Mysti offering structure through prepared topics and tools while allowing participant questions, cases, and real-time clinical needs to guide the conversation. Learning unfolds through collaborative discussion, shared inquiry, and practical integration of E²P concepts across diverse therapeutic contexts.
“When clients feel deeply understood, collaboration becomes effortless—and change becomes possible.”
— Mysti Rainwater
