About My Work

Healing begins beneath the surface; I help clients ENNVision their Empowered Abundant Life. Using the Enneagram intuitively, I help those who are victims to their environments to become leaders in creating their world. Often, they are strong, capable adults—or overwhelmed teens—moving through seasons of loss, disruption, health challenges, or uncertainty, when inner trust wavers.

When old coping strategies no longer work, and body and soul call for attention, something deeper asks to be seen. I view healing not as something done to someone, but as a process that unfolds through coherence: inner and outer alignment rooted in safety and presence.

My work begins with deep listening to words, energy patterns, and what lives beneath the surface. I attend to how stress imprints the nervous system and how strengths can become strain. What we call weakness often holds wisdom; met with compassion, it becomes a doorway to meaning, purpose, confidence, and empowered leadership.

What I Offer

My offerings are shaped by a simple intention: to meet people honestly where they are and support what is most needed in the present moment. I don’t work from prescribed programs, but from what is alive and asking for care.

One to One Coaching

I offer one-on-one sessions for those in seasons of intensity, depletion, or loss of trust—when balance and harmony feel out of reach. Sessions may be single or ongoing, creating space for calm, clarity, and steadiness to emerge. This practical work settles the nervous system, offers insight into patterns—mentally, emotionally, and physically—and supports meaningful shifts in purpose, relationships, money, and health.

Group Exploration

I offer experiential small groups grounded in shared presence, honest reflection, and connection—without pressure to perform. Healing unfolds as we are witnessed and unhurried. Through Sacred Contract exploration, the Enneagram, Astrology, and the I-Ching, clients reconnect with personal power, trace the patterns of their life story, and clarify purpose, direction, and inner trust.

The Sound of Becoming Retreats

I lead destination retreats for those called to step away and listen deeply within. Each is thoughtfully curated around Nature, Community, embodied Experience, and rich Content, creating a grounded, respectful container for transformation. With diverse practitioners and modalities, participants reconnect with essence and purpose. Retreats are held locally in Bethany Beach and internationally in Sedona, Egypt, and other sacred sites.

Trainings

Intuition 101: Lens of intuition and energy from the grounded lens of the Enneagram and Chakras. Learn the perspective of the enneagram’s instincts versus the chakras and how personality and intuition play together.

Sacred Money and Abundance: Using Purpose and Ancestral Clearings to Clear the Path to remove obstacles and bring in blessings.

Neurological Sensitives Environmental Healings

I offer harmonizing solutions for clients experiencing unexplained physical or mental symptoms, especially when traditional approaches haven’t helped. As a Biogeometry practitioner, I assess environmental stressors that may impact neurological or emotional health. My work considers the whole picture—soul, land, genetics, ancestry, and the influence of electromagnetic fields from both the earth and modern technology.

About Sandra Orndorff

Sandra Orndorff

Sandra is a visionary problem solver and intuitive strategist who integrates the wisdom of the Enneagram with a deep understanding of the physical and subtle body. She helps clients identify and resolve underlying energetic, neurological, and relational patterns that shape behavior and decision-making, creating conditions for sustainable change.

With a background in management consulting and Information Technology project management, Sandra brings a systems-level perspective, seeing challenges as emerging from interconnected dynamics rather than isolated issues.

The Enneagram’s wisdom informs all her work, allowing her to see the energetics of the body and how it connects to the patterns of neurology in the body and mental emotional process. In fact, many clients do not do traditional enneagram work but instead benefit from its usage through the body which allows clients to see her on an as needed basis. Recently she has incorporated sound healing and deeper dimensions of the Enneagram, facilitating profound transformation.

Sandra is a lifelong learner, continually developing professionally. She is deeply connected to Egypt and many modalities that come from Egypt such as BioGeometry and Egyptian Sekhem; a version of Egyptian Reiki that works with the soul’s consciousness. Her love of Egypt continues to broaden the wisdom of how spirituality and science come together. She finds herself with many Jewish clients with Polish decent that continues to lead her to the wisdom from the Egyptian times and times of much conflict and sovereignty.

She holds multiple certifications and practices, including Family Addiction Recovery Coach, Somatic Enneagram Coach, Carolyn Myss Sacred Contract Coach, Quantum Healer, Reiki and Sekhem Master, BioGeometry Land Healer, Certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor, Sound Practitioner, Gene Keys Guide, Astrologer, and Shamanic Practitioner. Raised deeply religious, she now embraces multiple spiritual traditions while primarily practicing Christianity.
