I am a physical therapist, Enneagram thought-leader, and developer of the Somatic Enneagram, an innovative approach that integrates Enneagram wisdom with deep somatic awareness. With more than four decades of clinical experience, I have devoted my life’s work to understanding how personality patterns are not only psychological, but also deeply rooted in the body’s nervous system and reflexive responses. Drawing from extensive training in trauma resolution, craniosacral therapy, and somato-emotional release, I developed a method that helps individuals access the embodied foundations of their Enneagram type and cultivate greater presence, resilience, and inner freedom.
Through my international trainings and Somatic Enneagram Certification Program, I seek to expand the field by illuminating the essential role of the body in personal and spiritual transformation. As a teacher within the Narrative Enneagram tradition, I emphasize three-centered awareness — integrating body, heart, and mind — to support healing and awakening. My work continues to influence practitioners worldwide by bringing an embodied dimension to Enneagram practice and offering powerful pathways toward integration, self-awareness, and compassionate engagement with life.
