I help people heal from the lingering effects of trauma so they can live with greater safety, presence, and resilience. My work integrates evidence-based trauma therapy with compassionate, client-centered care, guiding individuals to reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner strengths.
Trauma can shape how we move through the world in ways we may not even notice. I focus on helping you recognize these patterns, process painful experiences safely, and develop practical tools to manage triggers and stress. My approach is grounded in the latest research, yet deeply relational, ensuring that healing happens in a supportive, trusting environment.
Whether you’re seeking relief from past wounds, guidance for navigating current challenges, or strategies to thrive in daily life, my goal is to help you reclaim a sense of safety, agency, and well-being. Together, we work toward integration, resilience, and a renewed capacity to engage fully with life.
